Yigal Pardo

Born in Jerusalem, I am a graduate of a professional photography academy. I live and work in Tel Aviv and Herzliya, Israel, and operate as a freelance photographer.
A few words about me and my work:
What fascinates me most in photography is exploring boundaries—identifying the fundamental characteristics that distinguish subjects and visual fields, both on the aesthetic level and on the philosophical one.
I work with real-life scenes and transform them into the surreal, aiming to offer new meaning to what is familiar. By removing a scene from its original context—sometimes with the assistance of digital techniques—I invite viewers into my own surreal world, encouraging them to delve into their own imagination.
