My Artistic Mission Through the convergence of analog photography and embroidery, I create works that explore the intimate relationship between the body and its story. Using embroidery as an ephemeral tattoo, I reinvent the way we inscribe our emotions, experiences, and aspirations onto our skin. My Approach I photograph female bodies in their diversity, creating black and white images that capture both their vulnerability and strength. On these photographs, I meticulously embroider patterns inspired by traditional tattoo art - stars, flowers, birds, personal messages - creating a dialogue between the permanence of the photographic image and the delicacy of embroidery. My Commitment My work is rooted in a feminist and inclusive approach. By representing bodies of all ages and origins, I seek to celebrate the diversity of female beauty. Each embroidered stitch becomes an act of reclamation, transforming the way we view the female body. My Vision I aim to create works that question our relationship with the body, identity, and permanence. By combining a traditionally feminine technique (embroidery) with typically masculine visual codes (tattoo art), I seek to blur boundaries and create a new visual language that is both poetic and socially engaged. Embroidery thus becomes an act of gentle resistance, a way to mark the body without harming it, to tell stories without fixing them in time, to assert identity while accepting its changing nature.
