Abel Szabo

My aim is to pick certain elements from my surrodings and try to answer some questions through them. I tried to bring back tradition in my paintig so I made a lot of study trips to many significant places and museums around Europe. I would like to point out that for a while following my graduation I practiced restoration painting for a living. I think all these things have shaped my way. Nowadays my main subject is cityscape, painted that especially of suburbs, industrial areas, factories, and warrens.
