Ángel Álvarez Gandarilla

Ángel Álvarez Gandarilla is an artist born in Seville, Spain,with more than 20 years of expierence, through which has developed different artistic areas such as painting, graphic design, commercial space design, commercial decoration, merchandising, and plastic arts teaching.

He currently lives in Zaragoza, north-east of Spain, away from the business world, and he dedicates himself to his teaching and pictorial work.
As a painter, he is inmersed in the development of a long-term artistic project called Numbers and Horizons, which is inspired by the contemplation of nature and its pictorial possibilities. The painter synthesizes his sensations and feelings in forceful and strong colorful compositions, which are of serene and spiritual beauty. They convey peace and balance, an aesthetic well-being of contemplative joy, and fill the place they inhabit with resounding, brilliant and vital serenity. They are joyfull and optimistic paintings, with infinite possibilities.
