Then many years shopping in flea markets and selling historical architectural drawings, American Folk Art, and Japanese kimonos, to the Library of Congress, the Metropolitan Museum, MoMA, the LA County Museum, and others. Curated a Smithsonian show on images of the Future from the past, architectural drawings of the NY World's Fair, and the history of kindergarten. Author of Inventing Kindergarten, award-winning book on the history of kindergarten and its influence on the development of abstract art and modern architecture.

All of my paintings and drawings are structured like architecture, although this may not be immediately apparent.
