Maria De Vido is a 4th generation self-taught Eritrean/Italian artist based in London.

The artist presents bold and often colourful acrylic and marker images, predominantly inspired by artistic traditions hailing from the African continent.

Her vibrant palette is a testament to her believe that colour has the power to evoke emotions, transcend boundaries, and ignite dialogue.

At the heart of Maria’s artistic journey lies a deep passion for woman empowerment. De Vido's work pays homage to African women and the diaspora alike.
