Pavel Lisiy lives and works in Kyiv

From 2005 to 2010 he was studying in Odessa art college, painting department. Since 2010 studied in NAFAA .

Pavel Lisiy looks for new solutions and means of expression to achieve harmony between form and substance. Working with classical painting techniques he uses its advantages and finds new visual methods for conveying ideas in the most complete way. In Paul's works there is an intention to sublime through the absurdity and irony. Despite the composition is based on familiar everyday images, it is perceived as an abstraction. Each work is self-contained and reveals a peculiar range of problems, but due to clearly defined style all works are perceived as series
