As a person who studied art at the very intellectual art department of UCIrvine I’ve always tried to find a way of expression that makes sense in the times we live in. Historically Art comes in waves it is a series of actions and reactions
I think Art should be concerned with world challenges. For instance, one the last series I’ve been working on -the Climate Change paintings- process generated paintings which include found objects .Although most of my practice is centered in exploring the many possibilities of colorfield painting with graphic and design.Always aiming to create a dialogue between the painting and the audience that is not boring.
