Beautiful oil painting
I bought a very beautiful oil painting from an artist in Amsterdam through Saatchi. The painting was packaged very well by the artist and it arrived in less than 10 days time. The oil painting was very good quality and I am very satisfied to have added this piece of art to my home.

Good communication. Solid help navigating some shipping difficulties. Our art (large-format photo) arrived packed in an appropriate wooden crate. The printing and framing quality is exceptional. DHL could use some work, but I'll save that for their site :-)

From purchase of the painting to delivery, it took a little over a week. Communication from Saatchi was excellent and delivery went according to plan. We had been looking at this particular painting by Anita Ognjanovska for months and purchased it during Saatchi's 15% sale after following the artist for at least a year through Saatchi and other sources. We liked the convenience of Saatchi and appreciated being able to see much of the artist's work on the site.

The pauntings I have received are realli beautiful and were delivered quickly. Awesome! One artist sent his picture late. Sastchi support was not really helpful, I don‘t know if the native language was english, but it wasn‘t helpful and the response was a non sequitur.

It was easy to search artwork and to purchase. I was kept updated on the shipping, which was nice since it was international. Unfortunately the original artwork came creased even though it was well packaged. It appeared that it had been creased either when rolled or before that. So disappointed, I don’t think I will buy art online again unless it ships flat.
