SEA SIDE Painting

Burcu Sar began her artistic journey, which she believes is inscribed within us from birth, under the influence of her father, a technical painter, and developed her technique thanks to him. The artist, who first painted with charcoal pencil, developed her technique by working on landscapes, portraits, and figures. Later, she began working with oil and acrylic paints. Believing that working with a single style restricted freedom of expression, she produced a variety of works, including realism, expressionism, abstraction, and baroque. Not particularly fond of using brushes, she finds greater pleasure in working with paint by hand. This preference is determined by the quantity and quality of the desired work. Burcu Sar, who participated in numerous group exhibitions in addition to the solo exhibitions she held during her high school and university years, began to express her experiences on canvas as they were felt in her heart. She continues her artistic production in her studio in Antalya.
