Pop Art World

Jose Tobar is a creative man and publicist with a successful career in strategic communication, marketing, public relations and television production. Currently his priority is his experimental art studio Pop Art World.

He is a multifaceted person who has successfully taken on great challenges by innovating in educational television, museology, paper sculpture and original art and cultural exhibitions.

He loves pop art and his specialty is acrylic painting. The themes of his works are the portrait of people, comic romance, and the tribute artworks to the great artists of pop art like Warhol, Lichtenstein, and others.
