“I have always been influenced by the artistic background of the family, studying all the classical authors and visiting all the art museums since I was a child. In my family I have always breathed in the smells of colors and helped my grandfather Lodovico to knead the clay for the sculptures. I was influenced by the artistic movements of the 70s which in Italy were beginning to experiment with new forms of artistic expression (Luciano Fabro, Jannis Kounellis, Mario Merz, Giulio Paolini, Michelangelo Pistoletto) My work is inspired by meaningful experiences and objectively tries to define perceptual processes and how they have changed in our memory. It is a personal memory linked to a collective memory with respect to all the daily events of reality and to better understand the history of our time. I started at the age of 12 with my first watercolor lessons and then moved on to oil painting. I have always painted often as a research activity. My experiences were figurative after I learned the basics of drawing and then I explored ways of painting that were closer to my way of feeling painting, therefore to a dynamic painting in which color and sign evoke an image Abstractionism, surrealism, analytical painting, minimalism for privacy available upon request. I was fortunate to be able to work together with great professionals such as Paolo Piva, Herbert Schultes from which I learned to understand all aspects of the work of the creative method up to the finished product".
