Sanja Vasiljevic

I am Sanja Vasiljević, born in Valjevo, raised in Belgrade, Serbia. Actually I have always spent time in between at least two places, so you can say that I am also from Divčibare, America, and many others.
I have been painting for my whole life and my first published work was a drawing of Saint Sava, I was only 7 then!
I was an extremely good student but I have always continued on the path of art. I have received tutelage in art with professor Mrdjan Bajić, a world renowned sculptor.
My artist output took the strangest turn as I have received success in psychology, which is my other profession. I am also a Jungian psychologist. This has brought me not further but closer to arts, as after that I have devoted myself to publicly making my art acknowledged.

I have so far had four solo exhibitions, two of my photographs and two of my paintings. I hope to find people on Saatchi who will appreciate my art, and enjoy it for many years to come.
