I don’t know if what I do is art. I just mix things. Chemicals, colors, ideas, instincts. I break rules. I ignore labels. I create things that move people or make them uncomfortable. While others chase beauty, I chase impact.

The real art is making your money grow. Not with formulas or safe bets, but with vision. I treat capital like paint: I throw it, stretch it, test it. I make it speak. If that’s not art, maybe art needs a new definition.

Nobody taught me how to paint. I learned on my own, trying things out like games. Sometimes I think about big ideas how we feel, how we think, how we live together but I don’t express them with words; I express them with my hands.

I use strange materials like burned motor oil, oxides, synthetic things, and natural ones too. With them, I make marks and shapes that seem to speak for themselves.

My paintings aren’t meant to look pretty, like a nice drawing. They’re there to look back at you, to make you feel something, and to remind me that painting is the way we stay alive.
