Sherry, a native Midwesterner, transitioned to full-time painting upon retiring to Florida. She currently resides in Southwest Florida, where she creates contemporary abstract art. Largely self-taught, Sherry's unique style is characterized by vibrant colors and expressive brushstrokes, as she captures her emotions and life experiences through abstract forms.
As an emerging artist with a distinct talent, Sherry's work has garnered international recognition, admiration from peers, and art enthusiasts alike, with sales worldwide.
Her art has been exhibited in the Midwest, specifically in Springfield, MO, and Kansas City, MO, as well as in Southwest Florida, in cities such as Bonita Springs, Fort Myers, and Punta Gorda. Currently her work is exhibited in Coco Gallery Naples Florida and Fort Myers Beach Art Gallery, Fort Myers Fl. Additionally, her work has been featured in online galleries globally.
