Arkadiusz Miendak is a Polish metal sculptor working at the intersection of industrial precision and emotional form.
His work explores tension — between weight and lightness, control and instinct, geometry and organic movement. Steel, a material commonly associated with strength and permanence, becomes in his practice a carrier of fragility, motion, and inner states.
Each sculpture is conceived as a physical presence rather than a decorative object. The forms often reference the human body, biomechanical structures, or animal archetypes, evoking unease and reflection rather than literal narrative. Influences drawn from architecture, industrial design, science fiction, and contemporary dark art merge into a distinctly personal visual language.
Miendak works exclusively by hand, treating metal as a living material — cut, shaped, welded, and refined through a slow and deliberate process. Imperfections are not concealed; they are an integral part of the work.
The sculptures are created as singular pieces or limited works, intended for private collections and carefully curated spaces.
They are not answers — they are encounters.
