Irina Chernobay

I am an artist based in Latvia, and I’ve been painting for over eight years. My creative process is rooted in emotion, intuition, and a deep sense of connection to what I create. I always paint with soul, warmth, and love.

My portrait works explore themes of feminine strength, sacredness, and inner light. I often depict powerful women surrounded by golden halos — timeless symbols of dignity, clarity, and spirit. I work primarily with acrylics and gold, creating images that are both expressive and symbolic. And I'm really in love with it.

Alongside these, I create textured abstract paintings — minimalist, meditative, and filled with atmosphere. I work with acrylics and texture paste to create layers and depth, and I really love the process.

My paintings now live in homes across Latvia and other European countries, and I’ve had the joy of exhibiting my work here in Latvia.
Although I’ve been creating art for many years, I only made the decision to actively sell my work in 2025.
