Roger Cummiskey lives and works in Mijas Costa, Spain where he says he is able to find the daily poetry which inspires his art.
Roger is a Dublin Ireland painter, living in southern Spain. He specializes in paintings that take their themes and titles from the wanderings and writings of James Joyce, Samuel Beckett, Miguel de Cervantes and other Literary and Historical personalities.
He is a recognized Joycean artist.Rogers paintings have been exhibited in China, UK, USA, Sweden, Spain, France, Australia, Finland and Italy as well as in many national and private shows in Ireland.
Rogers paintings have represented Ireland at the Florence Biennale and also at International Art Exhibitions in London, Stockholm and New York.
