I was born, lived, and studied in Kyiv, Ukraine. Since 2022, I have been living in Bielefeld, Germany.
For me, creating art is an opportunity to engage in dialogue with the world. My works are philosophical reflections and self-reflection on the themes of strength, resilience, unbreakability, and belief in the light through the prism of difficult events. Will we have the strength to maintain dignity and humanity under the extremely tough circumstances of life? Can we go through all the lessons and trials of fate with love in our hearts? I believe we can.

I draw my inspiration from nature, people, and the culture of my native land, which translates on the canvas into a symbiosis of abstract-natural forms with a palpable spirit of strength.

Today, I paint canvases that reflect the inner struggle and the search for new meanings in the realities of forced emigration and the war in Ukraine. In my work, I explore the issues of struggle, national identity, and the power of the land, analyzing both my own and others’ experiences.
