Following in the footsteps of my architect father, I spent my childhood drawing, coloring, painting, I found in manual activities a refuge and a way to express myself Deep down, I always wanted to be an artist and very quickly creation imposed itself on me.
After a few years in art school, I started creating painted sets, photography, video and painting. I define myself as a free artist, whose work is rather intuitive and eclectic, I follow my desires and my aspirations.
At the same time, feeling the need to work on myself, I became a Sophrologist, which is how for 15 years I gave classes in relaxation, meditation, Qi gong... This personal development work allowed me to understand myself better, and to open myself fully to artistic expression and the emotion of creation. Today, totally invested in my artistic career, I do what I like and flourish in the present moment, at the heart of what I was destined to do.
Continuing to connect my art to spirituality in my own way, I remain convinced that sophrology, meditation, breathing and art come together, and allow the mind to relax, to achieve calm, serenity, develop concentration and attention of the mind and this allows me to create an art that I want to be positive, subtle and cont...
