Li Zhien

Li Zhien, born in Dalian,China in 1971, is an allied painter and calligrapher of Taiwan Xingji Jigou, and his calligraphic works have won the "Excellence Prize of Wutai Mountain Cup National Calligraphy & Painting Contest" and the "Excellence Prize of National Calligraphy & Painting Contest in memorial of 100th Anniversary of Mao Zedong's Birthday."

Yellow Butterfly, his traditional Chinese painting, has won the Holy Painter Prize of National Calligraphy & Painting Contest in memorial of Holy Painter WU Daozi.

In his thirties, he started painting a series of his unique horses and also abstract art that consists of the Chinese character “爱 (love).”
