The work focuses on the strength of human vulnerability.

From a woman's perspective -the fears, the myths, the steriotypes and the challenges- to transform these into short stories about change. She invites you a take a fleeting into this her imaginary world.

Since 2.001 she has had varius solo and group exhibitions in Spain and Great Britain. She has also collaborated in different, creative projects: the making of an innovative video for a piano concert, various art instalations in public spaces, museums and art centres. One of her works has been acquired by Contemporary Art Museum in the University of Alicante, Spain, for their permanent collection.

Statement

My work focuses on the strength of human vulnerability from the perspective of the female archetype – life, fears, frailties, myths, stereotypes and struggles- and transform them into short stories of evolution. An imaginary world drawn from daily life and observation, diaries grounded in existential impressions like a box full of vibrations.
The materials are as fragile as sloughed skin. The skin is the boundary between the innermost self – the intimate world – and the external – the public persona. Drawings, monotypes, letters...
