Renaud Valsang De Montmollin

I am a Swiss self-taught painter born in 1979. I have always sketched, drawn, and painted in my free time. I started to stead pictures on canvas in 2004. I work in a figurative Pop art style, with expressionist and neoclassicist influences. Most of the subjects of my paintings come from photographs I staged and took.

My reflexion starts with the will to represent the beauty of human Nature throughout some shades of its expressions. I attempt to depict how the mind indefinitely alters its inner working in response to emotional changes.
