Remy Robards

His personal mission as an artist is to guide his fellow man to self-discovery. One must choose self-discovery; it cannot be forced upon him. We must not seek the answers to our questions, but instead, seek the questions that lead to a greater understanding of our Self, which is the answer. In the process of self-discovery; the path, Individuation, purification, we lose the familiarity and comfort provided by cultural, societal, and familial imprints and expectations. Art is the new familiarity and comfort. The process of Art is the expression of the process of discovery. The result is not the art, but a byproduct of the Art, the process.
