Steve Perry

Steve Perry was born in 1965 in Surrey; from very early on he started to show an interest in and aptitude for drawing and painting. Beginning with watercolours and acrylics he soon discovered oil paints, his preferred medium to this day.


Steve's passion for animals and wildlife led to this becoming the favoured subject matter for his work, although he is equally at home painting landscape, architectural or aviation canvases.


During the time Steve spent living and working in Zimbabwe in the 1990s, he developed a real love for the country, its people and its wildlife. This has become a recurring theme in his work.


In addition to several successful one-man exhibitions, Steve has shown his work in numerous galleries around the country including London's Bond Street.
