I am a figurative painter. The body communicates through gestures and expressions, emotions.It often communicates more than words .The body tells a truth.
Animals and birds also communicate feelings and emotions and I enjoy discovering through line and paint the emotions we share with animals.

I received a Diploma in Fine Art at G.M.I.T., Castlebar Co Mayo in 2010 and a Degree at ITSligo in 2011.I live and work from home in Skreen, Co. Sligo.
I am a figurative painter. I paint in an expressive fast manner using inks and watercolour.I am currently using the image of crowz to explore expression and character. My work at first glance seem fun. The work is loose and free and the images emerges from the running inks and watercolour as in dreams, taking on their own life.
I have been influenced by Louise Bourgeois, Lucian Freud, Balthus,Gottfried Helnwein to name a few.
