Ashot N Grigoryan

Ashot N Grigoryan, b. 1983 Armenia, graduated from Yerevan State Academy of Fine Arts, Faculty of Painting. He is interested the ways a small creative freedom in the environment can contribute to human values. He develops a system to integrate a combination of architectural elements, fragments and forms from nature to connect human with existence of their surroundings. Ashot’s works were featured in group exhibitions in Armenia, Estonia, France, Germany, Switzerland, Canada and USA. In 2017 he was awarded STEP grant from the European Cultural Foundation for his project realization in Green Urbanism and completed artist-in-residency in Switzerland. He continues to experiment with passion to find new situations and achieve unexpected results.
