Oil paintings with message-
Authentic and forceful
Images for people who love powerful staging and people in all facets as much as I do.
These words describe my art! Each of my artworks is truly unique and unique in its kind.
I wish that my paintings bring some color, joy and passion into your rooms.
What do I want to communicate with my art?
I dedicate my art to people who love powerful productions and people in all facets as much as I do. With the pictures I capture unobserved moments, averted glances, tender feelings or direct communication through the gaze. My art is for people who like to surround themselves with color and are not deterred by strong colors, but find them enriching. Expressive, powerful, and abstract, they provide the necessary space for their own addition and imagination.
My paintings are based on academic painting, yet they are much freer. For my composition I create only a rough preliminary drawing, later the may lose themselves lines and outlines or they find themselves.
How do I work?
The slow-drying oil paints give me in contrast to acrylic paints the opportunity to intervene again and again in the picture.
Often the basis of my paintings are photographic collages. As the work progresses, however, I move away from this and into less controlled directions. My work is created by layering, overlaying, and taking away colors with palette knives, rough brushes, etc.
I have solidified this technique through numerous studies, forming a solid foundation for a free style.
My artistic process is intuitive, it is a kind of dialogue that I have with the canvas. My language is colors, shapes and textures to convey something that cannot be expressed with words. I have the desire to give the viewer the opportunity to find his own story, meaning or associations, so that each work becomes personal to him.
