Creating three dimensional art has become a wonderful passion. Retiring from my surgical practice has given me the time to pursue it. Most of my pieces are created in oil clay and then transferred to either bronze or resin. My intention is to create pieces which make people laugh a little, or cry a little or at least make the viewer think a little. My art can be viewed at churches, schools and galleries in the western United States.

My education is mostly as a surgeon having attended major universities in Colorado and Oklahoma.

My education as an artist began in 2011 when I started attending classes on sculpture technique. Various teachers have included Rick Casali, Vala Ola, David Simon, Rod Zullo and Eugene Daub.
Auguste Rodin and Camille Claudel are historical inspirations. Richard MacDonald and Paige Bradley are contemporary models.
