Roumiana Sekoulova

Roumiana Sekoulova is a contemporary Bulgarian artist and teacher. She works in the field of visual and plastic arts for architecture. Participates with textile panels in group exhibitions of applied arts in Bulgaria. Her works are owned by the Museum of Applied Arts in Sofia, the Ministry of Education, hotels, the Bulgarian Embassy in Germany, etc. As a specialist in art history / PhD from New Bulgarian University, Sofia / in the study of the relationship between visual arts and architecture, she taught drawing, form building and design in the architectural departments of the Universities in Bulgaria. She has been showing paintings in solo exhibitions in galleries in Bulgaria since 2008. Participant in Art colonies in Bulgaria and Serbia.Lives and works in Sofia, Bulgaria. Her paintings are done in classical techniques, such as watercolors, dry pastel and oil on canvas.
