Lilit Marukyan

I am a contemporary abstract artist based in
Yerevan, Armenia. My artistic journey is rooted in
an intuitive connection to color and emotion, a gift
that was recognized early in my career by Honored
Artist of Armenia, Professor Edward Vardanyan. He
described my ability to perceive and translate color
as a divine talent, affirming my path in the world of
art. Guided by this profound realization, I embraced
abstraction as my primary mode of expression,
allowing intuition and emotion to shape my work.

My art has been exhibited internationally, including at EXPO 4ART in Paris and
CLIO ART FAIR in New York in 2024. In 2025, I will showcase my work at
Artexpo in New York, art3f in Milan, Art World Fair in Paris along with a solo
exhibition in Yerevan in June. Additionally, my paintings are featured at Monat
Gallery in Madrid, as I continue to expand my presence in both gallery and public
spaces.
I am honored to have received the International Prize "Artist of the Year 2025"
from Effetto Arte Fondazione in Florence, Italy, in recognition of my artistic value.
Additionally, I was awarded the International Prize “The New Great Masters in
New York”, a distinction given to artists recognized for their artistic merit in New
York. My artworks and biography have also been featured in the 38th edition of
Artmosphere magazine, further solidifying my presence in the contemporary art
scene.
