Ihor Badyak

.Ihor Badyak was born in Lviv in 1965. In 1980 he entered the painting department of Decorative Applied Art College named after Ivan Trush in Lviv. In 1984 he graduated, and in 1985 entered Lviv Academy of Art. In 1992 he graduated from the department of Monumental Painting.
After graduation he was engaged in creative activity. Ihor lived in Wroclaw (Poland) for several years, where he perfected his knowledge at Wroclaw Academy of Art.


Ihor Badyak works in the field of monumental and easel painting. There were a lot of ambitious projects in stained glass, mosaic and wall painting. But a special place in his work has easel painting.
From his student years he has been a participant of many international, national and regional exhibitions including "Christmas" 2014, "Painting 2016", "Artist's Day 2016", "Abstract Painting of Ukraine 2017", "Artist's Day 2018", "7th Ukrainian Painting Exhibition triennial"2019 ,"Third Ukrainian Triennial of Abstract Art 2017" in Chernivtsi , International Art Exhibition "Lviv Autumn Salon" 2017, 2018., "The First Ukrainian Biennale of Levkas" in Kyiv 2019, "International Triennial of Painting "Silver Square" 1992, 2018 Przemysl,Poland.
