Volodymyr Slepchenko

painter, graphic artist,
master of psychological portrait.

Born on the 13th of November in Oleksiivka of Bielgorodska region in 1947. He has been working in the style of realistic and romantic symbolism creating the own unique technique «art-line» of painting. He is the participant of numerous regional, republican, foreign and international exhibitions. Since 1970 more than 70 personal exhibitions of V. Slepchenko has taken place in Ukraine, Russia Federation, Poland, Germany, Canada, Northern Korea, Israel, Slovakia, Italy, Greece, and other countries. He is the member of group exhibition of Ukrainian artists “Autumn salon - 90” in Paris. V. Slepchenko is the author of portraits of many famous and well-known people of the world. Paintings and graphical works of Volodymyr Slepchenko are in the museums , galleries and private collections of Ukraine and many other countries all over the world.Ukrainian Academy of Sciences, Head of the Department of Culture and Arts and Member of the World Academy of Arts (MONDIAL ART ACADEMIA) France.

1968 Finished art school in Ivanovo on the speciality of painter
1981 Graduated from the Poligraphic academy in L'viv on the speciality of graphic artist in book design and illustration.

2007 Personal exhibition "The thresholds of my land" devoted to
Independence Day of Ukraine in exhibition complex of the
National reserve «Sofia Kyivska».
2007 Jubilee personal exhibition «The energy of creative work» in
Kyiv gallery «Lavra»
2007 Jubilee personal exhibition in the premises of exhibition hall of
the National Union of Ukraine artists, Kyiv.

2008 – Participant of the international exhibition project "Ukrainians in the world."
2008 – Personal exhibition in the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, in Parliament, in the administration of the President of Ukraine.
2009 – Participant of the international Exhibition of Georgian, Ukrainian, Azerbaijani and Moldavian artists in Kiev.
2011 – Participant of the international exhibition in Catalonia, Spain.
2011 – Participant of the international exhibition in National Museum of Kobe, Japan. Received a special award for the paintings "Remember that you live" and "Relaxedness".
2011-2012 - Participation in art exhibition dedicated to Christmas in the National Museum of T.G. Shevchenko, Kyiv.
2012 - Participation in art exhibition dedicated to the 25 anniversary of the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation, Kyiv.
