Bev Howe

Bev Howe is a fine artist based in Wales, United Kingdom. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Painting in 2000 and a Master’s Degree in Fine Art, Painting, in 2001, both from the University of Wales Institute Cardiff.

Throughout her career, Bev has explored various materials, with a particular focus on oil painting. Her work is traditional in style contemporary in concept.

Bev has been recognized with several awards, including the Daler Rowney 1st Prize for Oil Painting, the Winsor and Newton oil painting prize, the Best Newcomer Painting Prize, and the Graduate Award from the Arts Council of Wales/Axis.

Her work has been exhibited in numerous solo and group exhibitions across the UK and internationally, including at the British Library in London, the McFie Gallery in South Carolina, USA, and the Federation of Canadian Artists Gallery in Vancouver, Canada.
