Adri Reyneke

Adri Reyneke (born 1972) is a multidisciplinary artist based in South Africa. Her expressionistic contemporary work includes a wide variety of media, including painting, collage, found objects, textiles, works on paper, photography, mixed media pieces and installations. Interested in the human condition, her emotional work conveys personal storytelling of fragmented memories and perceptions to her connected environment of diverse cultural experiences, food, literature, patterns, systems, popular culture, and personal trauma.
Adri Reyneke has participated in numerous group exhibitions, including the prestigious Sasol New Signatures Exhibition (Pretoria), Thami Mnyele Fine Arts Awards (Johannesburg), Lizamore & Associates Online Exhibition, Jan Celliers Exhibitions (Johannesburg), and EnvironServ Waste Art Exhibition (Johannesburg).
Adri has a passion for life itself with diverse interests in science, art, and cooking. As a trained computer scientist and statistician, she holds an M.Sc in Image Processing (1998, South Africa).
