Alena Mana

Through creative process I connect to that tension between abstract and figurative and my characters often portray it emphasising duality of the human condition.  With deep interest in story telling I explore how visual side of communication can be challenged  with various possibilities, unpredictability and chance when control is at loose.  My characters are either bibliographical or imaginary. With them I ponder on matters of chaos and order, spirit, reality and imagination.
