Aline Demarais

The watercolor allows me to express the brightness, the intensity of the colors of nature. It is a medium that allows a great diversity in the choice of subjects as well as the techniques used. It allows a painting all in transparency and subtlety.
My main source of inspiration is nature, landscapes, mountains. All the beautiful places I meet can combine in my mind and a new landscape is born out of all the different images I have in mind.
Sometimes my watercolors mix with my photographs, a new universe appears, tinged with realism and imagination.
