I've never aimed at photographic accuracy because it binds the artist rather than gives any advantages. Being created in a manner a'la prima saturates the paintings with interesting texture. The work method 'by memory', on the basis of concise sketches, allows you to move away from the mighty power of nature and transfer the dominant accent to expression of feelings.

I studied at Buchach State Art School in 1978-1980.
Then continued my studies of arts at Vyznytsa College of Applied Art named after V.J.Shkriblak and at the Lviv National Academy of Arts.
