My research focuses on the individual and the space he occupies in the world.
Spaces and existentialism are the themes of much of my work.
In summary, my work is divided into three phases: figurative, a figurative at the limits of abstraction - Horizons, a series of works that take their cue from Rothko's work. The horizon line becomes a point of arrival, a line of hope. Travel - a series of works that want to reproduce the vision we have of a landscape during a journey. Everything is indefinite and elusive and the gaze is lost and merges with the landscape, with an exchange of moods and sensations. Gesture - Absolute freedom in painting in an attempt to arouse emotions or sensations only with colors and gestures.

He was born on April 19, 1955 in Naples where the family was for work reason.
On 1958 the family moved to Piemonte, in the province of Alessandria, Nord-west Italy.
He attended art state school of Genoa under the professor Fasce ,an informal artist who had worked in Milan in the period of the 50 'with Ennio Morlotti.
During this time he participated at the first group shows under the auspices of the National Union artists in the prestigious halls of the Palazzo Ducale of Genova
In his painting the informal influence blends with the natural inclination to a figurative painting.
In 74 he enrolled in painting course of Academy of Fine Arts in Florence, but a short time after he was forced to change programs and enrolled at the Academy of Fine Arts of Brera in Milan, where he can attend regularly the courses of painting of professor Purificato Domenico.
These are the years of the great student protests and political unrest and the activities of the school is drastically reduced. The classrooms of painting are often deserted but he can follow
the courses most active of art history with professor De Grada and of etching with professor Diana.
