Angelika Mus-Nowak

Ultra-rare combination of artistic soul with a scientific mind. Her works, under the surface of impressionistic landscape, provide a deep study of physical phenomena observable in nature. The propagation of the wave, light scattering - these unobvious determinants of the appearance of the world - are the real subject of her paintings.
Typically she is inspired by reflective mood and philosophical thoughts. Philosophy is the art of wonder and questions about the seemingly simple things. Philosophers usually use the words, but one can also use image.
