Annabel Carington

I'm an artist working primarily in painting and drawing from my studio in Yorkshire, UK. My work is in private collections all over the world and I am represented by galleries in London and Chicago.

My work is influenced by poetry and literature and I am currently working on a series inspired by The Collector, by John Fowles.

In 2020, I completed a series of 48 small paintings inspired by T.S. Eliot's Four Quartets poems. Readings of the poems, set against the backdrop of my paintings,can be heard and seen on my YouTube channel. A book about the project is published by Rook's Nest in 2024.
