I have always worked with liquid materials, earth, direct cement, plaster. These materials, so gregarious like mud, which hang in the air we don’t know how. Paradoxically, with watercolor, they have the quality of being so little and light, and precious.
They are like the dresses of Goya's Queens of Spain, treated with a great brush stroke. Or like the doublets of Velazquez's Greats of Spain whose tasks embroider an illusionistic luxury.

So, this creative water becomes tangible in the dizziness of the moment...
