Ernő Bartha

I was born on 5th September 1958, in Cluj-Napoca, Transylvania (Romania). I work with different materials, like bronze, stone, steel, metal, hay, and also express myself with different mediums, as painting, photography, film and mixed media. I have founded Arkhai Sculpture Park () under a fir forest in the village of Vlaha (Transylvania), where I have a permanent exhibition of my monumental hay sculptures and also the bronze ones. The park also serves as a multicultural center dedicated to artistic, cultural and educational events.

In 1999 I graduated Ion Andreescu University, Academy of Visual Arts – Department of Sculpture, Cluj-Napoca, Romania
