I'm influenced by many things, the Golden Age of Hollywood, high-octane glamour, Herb Ritts, Klimt, Punk, 1960s... The list is endless.
My process for creating "Fashion Art" will always begin with an idea. From there I will go through many fashion magazines searching for the right image. When I find the right one I will instantly have an idea what it is that I want to achieve.
I will always begin by doing a preliminary drawing, and take it from there. I'm very much hands on, and my work is full of feeling. The flaws and imperfections are part of the mood and drama. Nature is full of beauty, but it is unique because it's not truly perfect. It's smooth with raw edges, just like my artwork.
My artwork projects strength, power, and communicates strongly to the world. My art compares strongly to Pop Art and Andy Warhol . I've created a marriage between Art & Fashion.
