Ice and Fire

Ice and Fire series is inspired by the uncompromising perspective our cosmos exhibits between nature and femininity, fire and ice, deconstruction and preservation. As I paint, I continue my quest to visually capture the spirit of pure feminism as it naturally exists within our landscape. Women represent so much more than the female version of our physical being. Women have a mind, body, and spirit of all shapes, sizes, and colors that are so naturally wild and free. My body is my first home and, as an immigrant, my creative process helps me explore and heal my relationship with myself and amplifies my courage as a complete woman. I steal these moments and confidently make my own art dedicated to magnifying the elegance of womanhood.
