Rainer Keller (Swiss, born 1964) is an artist, based in New York City. He creates art, often in series, with inspiration from the world at-hand. It is conceptualized from both his head and heart using oil, acrylics and ink in a wide variety of genres including portraits, landscapes, abstracts and collages. Rainer was born, raised and educated in his native Switzerland and has made New York City his home since the mid aughts. He has traveled extensively throughout Europe, Asia, the United States and Central America. The ability to absorb cultural differences and gain artistic insight from the richness of each location and the depth of his experiences, colors all of his work.
