An aluminum cube (50x50x50 cm), transformed into a sculpture (45x45x46 cm). The transition from an exact geometric shape to a more complex, unpredictable shape is fundamental to this series. The initially geometrical body is retained even after the spatial transformation and gives the whole a special effect. This sculpture is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Robausch's wall-objects and freestanding sculptures are built with manually formed aluminum. Every single step in the creative process are made by hand which gives his artworks timeless depth and a unique appeal. Most of his sculptures have a lightweight, stable supporting core enclosed by an aluminum shell. The aluminum surface of his new artworks is painted with iron pigments and is encouraged to rust.
