Alqi Loli

Alqi Loli began studying cello at age 7 - years in art school “Naim Frasheri” Vlore. He continues studying double bass from 1999 – 2003 in this school. In 2001 he organizes the concert “Together for the folk” and in 2002 a modern concert with the guitarist Arben Brahimi. In these years he plays in cassa with the youth brass band under the direction of the conductor Eduard Banushaj . In 2003 starts his studies at the Academy of Arts Tirana, branch Contrabass. He takes parts in many concerts of symphonic orchestra as “spala”of contrabass in the orchester for 3 years. In these time he collaborates with Opera and Ballet Orchestra playing guitarbass. He studies and playes several musical instruments like guitar, piano, contrabass, drums, cello, guitar bass, ect. During these years he has participated in "Star Academy" in TV Klan with the group "Pro Jazz". Meanwhile he collaborates with known artists like Kujtim Prodani, Francesk Radi, Genti Rushi, Mariza Ikonomi, Eneida Tarifa, Kamela Islami, Etmond Mancaku and he playes live music with "Bunko Band" group in various music bars in Tirana .
