Since his childhood, he has been involved in art, deciding to become a professional after graduating from university. Focuses on painting on canvas, his poetics coming from his experience with the fauna where he grew up in the interior of Bahia, his collection of images of wild animals that he admired, and his quest for self-knowledge, so that he currently contextualizes his work with terms Jungians influenced by his graduate degree in Art Therapy. His usual work essentially dialogues about the instinctual condition, questions about environmental invasion, the human place, animal symbolism and an ode to life. The artist's subliminal intention is that the viewer makes the perception of the painting significantly human and that the term “inhuman” loses its bad connotation.
