Larisa is a self-taught artist. She was born in a small Siberian village and spent her childhood among mountains, icy mountain rivers and picturesque lakes. Living close to nature had a significant impact on the formation of artistic perception and became the main sources of inspiration in future works.
In 1987 she moved to the city of Barnaul, received a history education, got married and gave birth to her first child.
She has never studied painting professionally, devoting all her time to her family, but she has always been engaged in creativity in its various manifestations: she painted dishes, sewed custom-made clothes according to her own sketches, and invented children's toys.
The serious illness of the second child forced the artist to go into creativity in order to find light in what was happening in life. So, unexpectedly for herself, in 2015 she painted her first oil painting.
Since then, she gave birth to two more children, took many training courses on working with oils, pastels, and intensives in encaustics. She actively participates in various art contests and marathons and maintains a pretty popular instagram.
The artist's works are sold all over the world: America, Canada, Japan, Israel, Germany, Swi...
